As a Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN you will:
• Provide resident Care, document health needs and changes
• Administer medications, document resident daily care, movement, and hygiene
• Assist Staff Doctors and Registered Nurses
• Provide preventive health maintenance for participants
• Work with residents and their families with questions or concerns
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and accrediting requirements
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
Experience & Skills Required
• At least one year in Long Term Care or hospital experience in resident patient care services preferred
As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN you will have:
• New Jersey State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
