Opportunity Description

HumanEdge Allied Health is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work at a Sub-Acute Rehab facility in Holmdel, New Jersey. 

  • Full time and Part time
  • 8-hour shifts, 3:00pm-11:00pm, and 11:00pm-7:00am
  • Immediate start

Job Duties

As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
  • Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s
  • Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Experience & Skills Required

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a State approved and accredited School of Nursing.
  • 6 months Sub-Acute care experience
  • State Certified
  • BLS
