HumanEdge Allied Health is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at a Sub-Acute Rehab facility in Newark, NJ.

  • Per Diem Flexible 
  • Days, Nights & Evening Availability
  • 8 hour shift; Doubles available

Job Duties

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
  • Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s
  • Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Experience & Skills Required

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years’ Subacute experience
  • Graduate of a State approved and accredited School of Nursing
  • BLS
  • State LPN License
