Opportunity Description

Human Edge has partnered with a Rehabilitation facility in Wayne, New Jersey to hire an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long term contract. Our CNAs work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.

Job Duties

As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will:

  • Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
  • Assist in the transport of patients
  • Provide companionship and basic care to patients
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Experience & Skills Required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or new graduate CNAis required
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • NJ Certified Nursing Assistant required
