Opportunity Description

HumanEdge Allied Health is hiring Registered Nurses with Home Health experience to work for a nationally-respected home health provider in Newtown, MA. This is a 13-week contract offered by HumanEdge Allied Health. The hired Home Health Registered Nurse will be working 40 hours per week on a day schedule. Local and travel Registered Nurses with Home Health experience are encouraged to apply.  

  • Primary shift is Monday to Friday; Days
  • Productivity expectation is 30 units

Job Duties

As the Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing in-home nursing care to assigned patients
  • Dispensing medications
  • SOCs, recerts, admissions, wound care, etc
  • Record all patient vitals and services
Experience & Skills Required

Experience & Skills:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree - Associates Degree or higher
  • State Registered Nursing Licensure - Compact Licensure accepted in applicable states
  • 1+ years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) working in Home Health
  • BLS and ACLS
  • HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS experience 
  • Experience with home health electronic charting
