HumanEdge Allied Health is looking to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Care Manager to work in a Long-Term Care Rehabilitation and assisted living facility in the Manhattan

The Clinical Care Manager is responsible for assuring approved quality standards of care and compliance with established policies and procedures in the provision of resident/client care.

Job Duties

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Directs and supervises the delivery of nursing care within an assigned unit.
  • Delegates the responsibility for direct resident care to the appropriate nursing staff member.
  • Monitors care to assure care is provided as directed by the resident plan of care.
  • Effectively communicates resident and unit needs to Nursing Administration.
  • Experience & Skills Required

    Experience & Skills:

    • Long-Term Care/Subacute Experience in Supervision
    • BLS
    • Graduate of a State approved and accredited School of Nursing
    • NY RN License
