Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs upon arrival to the Emergency Room.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy procedures with precision and confidence.
Assist in conscious sedation procedures and closely monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Respond effectively to critical situations, demonstrating expertise in ACLS protocols.
Document patient information, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Maintain a safe and clean environment in the Emergency Room.
Experience & Skills Required
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an Emergency Room setting.
Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy techniques.
Competence in conscious sedation procedures.
Valid New York State RN License.
