Opportunity Description

HumanEdge is recruiting a License Practical Nurse to work in an internal medicine office in Westchester County NY

Job Duties
  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients’ needs
  • Administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor client’s conditions; reporting changes to RN’s 
  • Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Experience & Skills Required
  • Graduate of a State approved and accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Physician' s practice or Hospital setting
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
  • Demonstrates initiative, judgement and dependability.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
