Opportunity Description

HumanEdge is recruiting for an experienced RN to support a busy outpatient clinic 

Downtown Stamford - This is a public health organization in a beautiful office setting. 

Job Duties
  • Work with providers to coordinate care for patients and to provide appropriate clinical support.
  • Provide exceptional patient care
  • Resolve patient concerns and/or complaints 
  • Monitor all tracking systems for patient’s results and ensure that all referrals/images are processed and tracked 
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to  policies and protocols
  • Assist the Nurse Manager with maintenance of standard room inventory.
  • Delegate and monitor duties according to staffing and competencies.
  • Perform triage and direct patient care as needed.
Experience & Skills Required
  • CT RNLicense.
  • EMR Experience
  • BiLingual is a plus
  • Experience in busy out patient setting
