Home Health and Hospice RN

Opportunity Description

HumanEdge seeks experienced, independent Home Health and Hospice RN for a lucrative and rewarding home health contract. This is a 13-week contract, working 40 hours per week. Experience using EMR systems required - experience with HomeCare Homebase is highly preferred. 

  • Location: Omak, WA
  • Contract Details: 13 weeks
  • Productivity: 30 units (weighted by visit type) for 40 hours
  • EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase
Job Duties
  • Complete in-home skilled nursing visits - may include SOCs, recerts, admissions, wound care, end-of-life care and pain management
  • Attending meetings as needed
  • Working closely with other providers
  • Dispensing medications
  • Electronic charting 
  • Patient and caregiver education, including end-of-life planning and grief support 
Experience & Skills Required
  • Degree in Registered Nursing, ASN or BSN
  • State RN licensure – Compact licensure accepted in applicable states
  • BLS
  • 1+ years of experience as a Home Health RN
  • 1+ years of experience with OASIS
  • 1+ years of experience using electronic charting systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and re-arrange tasks and schedules as required
Other Information

 

All HumanEdge compensation packages are custom made to meet your goals and needs, and will vary for each individual. Packages for Home Health RNs typically range from $1200 - $2000 or more per week. Travel stipends are available for those who qualify.
