Opportunity Description

HIGH PAYING LTAC RN CONTRACT - HumanEdge Allied Health is scheduling immediate interviews for a 13-week contract Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a critical care LTAC hospital. Applicants must have ACLS, EPIC EMR experience, and at least one year of experience working in a hospital. Experience in an LTAC, Critical Care, ICU or ER unit preferred

  • Hospital Location: Charleston, WV
  • Setting/Unit: Critical Care LTAC (long-term acute care)
  • EMR System: EPIC
Job Duties
  • Receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unit
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatments
  • Timely and accurate documentation 
Experience & Skills Required
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Compact license accepted in applicable states
  • RN degree from an accredited college or university program - minimum of ASN required 
  • At least 1 year of experience in critical care LTAC nursing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records
Other Information

All HumanEdge compensation packages are custom-made to meet your goals and needs, and will vary for each individual. Packages for LTAC RNs can range from $1800 - $2200 or more per week. Travel stipends are available for those who qualify.
