Opportunity Description

HumanEdge Allied Health Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse for a full time 13-week contract. The hired home health RN will provide a full range of services for their assigned patients, and chart all interactions using HomeCare HomeBase. Recent experience working as a home health RN is required. Experience with electronic charting using HomeCare HomeBase is required. Local and travel Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply. Tax-free stipends available for those who qualify.

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri
  • On-Call: No
  • Call-Back: No
  • Weekend Requirement: No
  • EMR System: HomeCare HomeBase
Job Duties
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
  • Develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients 
  • Document and maintain accurate records using HomeCare HomeBase 
  • Make appropriate referrals as needed
Experience & Skills Required
  • Degree in Registered Nursing from an accredeited college or university program
  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Compact licensure accepted in applicable states
  • Experience with electronic charting using HomeCare HomeBase
  • At least 6 months of experience in adult home health care
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to efficiently manage a patient caseload
  • Ability to prioritize and re-arrange tasks and schedules as required
Other Information

All HumanEdge compensation packages are custom made to meet your goals and needs, and will vary for each individual. Packages for Home Health RNs typically range from $1200 - $2000 or more per week. Travel stipends are available for those who qualify.
