Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Long-Term Contract Assignment

Location: Bronx, NY

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner seeking a fulfilling opportunity in patient care? We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in the Bronx for a long-term contract assignment.

Job Duties

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within the community.

Perform physical examinations and health assessments.

Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.

Manage chronic health conditions and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

Educate patients and families on preventive health measures and treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Experience & Skills Required
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
