Home Health RN Contract - Chattanooga, TN

HumanEdge Allied Health, the leader in healthcare staffing, has an exciting new contract opportunity for experienced, compassionate Home Health RNs. This assignment is a full-time, 13-week contract working for a well-established and trusted home health provider. 

Contract Details

  • 13-weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Primary schedule is Mon-Fri, day shift
  • On-call rotation may be required 
  • Nights/weekends rotation may be required
Job Duties
  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients 
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients
  • Visits may include starts-of-care, recertifications, resumptions of care and discharges
  • Chart all services using HomeCare HomeBase
  • Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed
Experience & Skills Required
  • HomeCare HomeBase experience required
  • Home Health Nursing experience required
  • Travel experience perferred but not required
