RN Care Delivery Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Stillwell Ave)
Position Type: Full-Time
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and support staff.
Oversee the daily operations of care delivery services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate care and resources for patients.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Manage budget and resource allocation to optimize service delivery.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to patient care and staff performance.
Experience & Skills Required
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
