  • Responsible for discharge planning
  • Typical work is on a Med / Surg Tele floor
  • Will make rounds with the care team
Experience & Skills Required
  • Prefer some knowledge of CarePort, MCG, and/or InterQual.
  • Prefer some Utilization Review experience.
